All
entries should be submitted in electronic form utilizing Hy-tek
compatible software. Teams may down load a FREE copy of TM
Lite from www.hy-tekltd.com to
assist in complying with electronic formatting.
There will be a $100
processing fee for non-electronic entries.

Entry times will not
be changed after the entry deadline for Individual AND Relay Times.
If an error is made by the host team, all efforts will be made to
correct the entry error and properly seed the effected swimmer(s).

Sheets for PRELIMS should be up on website by Tuesday, July 10 we
hope!
Entry Limit
Each
swimmer may swim a maximum of 4 events with a maximum of 3 individual
events or 2 relays. A swimmer may move up an age group to
complete a relay but not to improve it. If you have four swimmers
in an age group, you are not allowed to move up a swimmer for relays.
Teams may use aggregate times for relays.
Volunteers

to supply volunteers will be charged $50 per volunteer that is a
no-show.***
Prelim
Meet: (please check at sign in desk by 2:00pm!)
The Host Club has the right to change the necessary
workers for the prelim meet.
- The Prelim meet
will be ran as a Tri-meet at the Host Club.
- Each Team should
provide 6 Timers.
- Each Team should
provide 2 Bull Pen Workers.
- Each Team should
provide 2 Team Area workers.
- Each Team should
provide 2 Finish Judges.
- Each Team should
provide 2 Table Workers.
- Each Team should
provide 1 Awards Worker.
Championship
Finals Meet: (please check in at sign in desk by 4:00pm!)
Each Team should provide 1 Timer for Events 1 (8
& Under FRR) - 34 (15 - 18 BK).
- Each Team should
provide 1 Timer for Events 35 (8 & Under Fly) - 64 (15 - 18
MR).
- Each Team should

Volunteer

Volunteers should sign in at the volunteer check in table for both
prelims and finals. After checking in, volunteers will get
the credentials needed for area access passes.

There
WILL NOT be an Official Check-in area at Prelims. ALL Meet
Swimmers MUST have their First Initial AND Last Name on their BACK
LEFT SHOULDER and Team Name should be on their BACK RIGHT SHOULDER
to gain access to pool deck.
Finals:
There WILL NOT be an
Official Check-in area at Finals. ALL Meet Swimmers
MUST have their First
Initial AND Last Name on their BACK LEFT SHOULDER and Team Name on
their BACK RIGHT SHOULDER to gain access to the pool deck for warm-ups
and the meet.
Deck
Access:
Please
encourage your spectators and athletes to be courteous to those
working the Prelim and Championship Final Meet. If a parent
wants access to the competition deck then they will need to be a
volunteer. Only the number of specified volunteers will have
deck access. Deck access will be monitored at all times.
Only Authorized meet personnel, volunteers, officials, coaches,
and swimmers will be allowed on the competition deck. Spectators
are NOT permitted on the deck.
Team
Areas:
Prelims:
Since
the Prelim Meet is being swum as a Tri-Meet, there will be no rented
tents for shade to designate team areas. Each Host site should
accommodate the teams with a designated area. Space will be
limited and tight. Please encourage your athletes to bring
only necessary things to the meet.
Finals:
Each
Team will be provided with a designated space for which to park
their athletes in the upper pool grassy area. Each Team will
be allotted room for two (2) 10 x 10 Pop-ups tents for shade.
You are responsible for providing your own Pop-up tents if you want
them. We will give each team as much space as possible (determined
by number of athletes) and sharing of ÒextraÓ space will be greatly
appreciated.
Each
Team will be responsible for providing supervision for their team
and itÕs area. Team area supervisors are expected to supervise
swimmer conduct, ensure cleanliness of the area and remind swimmers
when they should report to the Bull Pen. Please keep your
Team area clean and tidy.
Bull
Pen:
Prelims:
The
Prelim meet is being ran as a Tri-meet. No Official Bull Pen
will be provided.
Your
Volunteers are responsible to get your swimmers to the appropriate
lane for each event. If a child misses their event, we should
make all attempts to let them swim if they can be added to another
heat. If a child misses the entire event then it is up to
the coaches and officials as to whether or not the child gets to
swim. All athletes and tent volunteers should be attentive
while at the meet.
Finals:
We
will run a Bull Pen for ALL Age Groups in individual events.
ALL swimmers should report to the Bull Pen for their individual
events. ALL 14 & Under age groups will be required to
stay in the Bull Pen. 15-18 Boys and Girls are required to
check in at the Bull Pen but may choose if they stay there or not.
If an athlete in this age group checks in, leaves and then misses
their eventÉtoo bad. No Relays should report to the Bull PenÉALL
RELAYS SHOULD REPORT TO DIRECTLY TO THE BLOCKS!

Eligibility:
Swimmer's Age as of June 1, 2007
will determine their age group.
Swimmers Placing 1 & 2 in Individual Events in
Prelims at each Host Site will automatically move on to Championship
Finals. This guarantees eight (8) places in Championship Finals
The Next ten (10) fastest times FROM ALL HOST SITES
will move forward to the Championship Finals.
Championship Meet to be TIMED FINALS.
Anyone who swims in the top 18 can place ANYWHERE!
Coaches and Athletes will be notified of the at large
qualifiers ASAP! (Alternates should still show for Championship
finals.)
